[28:30] Adrian Lomas: Yes, you can. So I mentioned earlier that with teams that we work with and find and ask them questions, you know, 20% on this, 30% on that, we would love to get them to 100%, but 80% is the mark that we're trying to get people to. If a team is running at 80% clarity with their vision and their people and the data and their great shoes and And process and traction, then you've got a really nice 80% wheel, if you like, which really rolls really well. It's all on EOS and all the people are pretty much harmonized, but you will still have issues. And sometimes you will have some people that are wrong people or right seats or whatever. You're still going to have issues because, look, shit happens, right? So something happens along the way. where something changes in a person, or— and that's one of the things we can find is that, you know, a company might, might be chittering along, and then it gets its place. It's like hitting that ceiling. We've all done it where we're just moving along and we start off on a business and we're going, going, and then we hit the ceiling and we can't break out. Something stops us from busting out, and we've got to figure that out. Is it the company? Is it the team? Is it an individual? Something's stopping us. And so normally, once we've figured out what's restricting us, we make some changes and then it goes again and off we go. Now, that's the same with people, you know, they can be star performers, but then something changes, you know. Is it the business or is it them? You know, it could be the focus, life-changing stuff, you know, we, we've all seen it. So no, it's It's never going to be 100% and always 100%. It's always going to be up and down. And this is why we have the issues track, because you're always going to have issues. You've just got to solve them one at a time every week
