[3:30] Al Elliott: So let's go and meet Harry Cramer and learn the story of SmartClinic. Oh, and you're also going to get a great explanation of the difference between occupational health and occupational psychology
[3:39] Harry Cramer: My name's Harry. I am the founder, technically, of a company called SmartClinic. We're an occupational health and wellbeing business, and we serve businesses, charities, schools, all sorts of people all over the UK. I would like to think that that's probably the thing that I would be famous for, but in reality, my much more interesting but probably tenuous claim to fame is that I am the grandson of the Italian chilli eating champion, which is pretty serious stuff
[4:10] Leanne Elliott: What does it take to become a chilli-eating champion?
[4:13] Harry Cramer: A lot of chillies, to be honest, and a lot of very spicy food. And I think it's clearly an inherited trait because it drives my wife absolutely mad, the fact that I put absolutely red hot sauce over all of her lovely cooking
[4:27] Leanne Elliott: What a cool claim to fame. I love it. I love it. But as you said, you know, what you're probably more well known for in, in the business world, in the, uh, the wellness world, is Smart Clinic. You said you're kind of the founder of that, so tell us a bit about the story of, of setting up Smart Clinic
