[12:15] Leanne Elliott: So I think at this point it's, it's really important that we make a distinction between Twitter and Stripe. It is not a direct comparison. Stripe is responding to an economic downturn. Twitter is responding to that plus an acquisition. So this scenario is very, very different. I asked Dr. Candice what advice she'd offer to any business leaders out there who might be going through a merger or acquisition and how they might manage layoffs effectively and most importantly, protect employee well-being?
