[26:04] midroll (Phil Agnew, Nudge): Okay, on to the question that is on every leader or owner's lips: why do my brilliant plans never work out the way I imagine?
[26:12] Al Elliott: Yeah, as I said at the top, it's a question I ask myself quite a lot as well, and this is exactly the question that Laura has been pondering over the last 15 years, and she's created the perfect system to manage projects so you get the exact outcome you're hoping for. She calls it the Impact Engine system and has even written a book on it called, well, obviously, The Impact Engine. Um, I wanted to find out exactly how this system worked and also how do you properly measure the success of a project using the Impact Engine. Because this all sounds great, like I'm, I'm in, I'm Laura, I'm with you. I want to work with you and help me manage my projects. How does the Impact Engine System feed into this? How does that help to structure projects in an organization?
