[9:48] Al Elliott: We brought in a guest called Stephan, who he will introduce himself in a second. And I'm not going to— deliberately not going to ask Leanne to define psychological safety or why we need it, because these are all the questions we asked Stephan. So let's meet Stephan
[10:00] Stephan Wiedner: My name is Stephan Wiedner, and I'm the CEO of Zarango.com. It is a training platform where we train folks in psychological safety. The original seed was there in business school. I really enjoyed organizational behavior, industrial organization, like those courses, the kind of HR culture-related courses. And so I've been spending the last 15 years or plus in that area. So I started with coaching. We started, uh, my business partner and I, we started up newme.com. It's a network of thousands of coaches all over the world. And more recently, um, started up Zarango.com for all of our psychological safety-based training
