[45:12] Nora Burns: I'm very excited about this book. It has been a long time coming, and I, I had it in my head for so long, and getting it to that commitment of being on the paper has been a treacherous path indeed. But I'm doing 2 things this coming year. So we're going to start with the launch of a mini book collection in first quarter, where it's a collection of 3 mini books. There's a company that does this, M-I-N-I-B-U-K, mini book, collection of 3 mini books from the perspective of the hiring manager, from the C-suite, and from the candidate's perspective. Same scenario reframed in 3 different approaches to that scenario and what they need to know about it. And that leads into the book coming out later in the year that will more encapsulate the experiences of the undercover candidate and the undercover employee. And my goal is that it's not only informative and that you'll learn a lot from it and you'll have a lot of resources to take from it. And of course, there's a webpage attached and all of that, but also that you will find it insightful and interesting read, that it's not reading like a textbook, but it reads with some of these stories and anecdotes within it. I do appreciate the humor of some of the things that I did. I do do a little stand-up on the side, so I always find the humor in it. And I'm excited though to share more of this research with the world
