[39:30] Leanne Elliott: This Thursday is a good one. We've got Dr. Marie-Hélène Pattelia, um, or MH as she likes to be called. She is one of the world's leading experts on resilience, um, and if you're thinking that resilience is just about kind of pushing through, you really need to think again after this interview. Um, so MH's research shows that resilience isn't a one-size-fits-all fits-all approach. It's something that you can build strategically in a way that works for you. I've never heard about resilience talked in that way before, um, in terms of strategy. So definitely, if you're a business owner out there that sometimes thinks all this is a bit— trigger word— fluffy, then this is definitely one to tune into
