[18:47] Al Elliott: Completely free. Tram, train, bus, all totally free. Other fun fact is that I think the majority of people who live there are Brazilian or something, or Italian, Portuguese. Um, very big melting pot. Um, pricey, man. Really, really expensive, but beautiful. Uh, definitely stay over for one night. Don't go there for a month
